May Bank Holiday Magic: Minimalist Mocktails with Poppi Drink

I have two fantastic Poppi-inspired mocktails for you to try this May bank holiday weekend!

With spring arriving, a long weekend is the perfect time to relax. This year, I’m choosing a Nordic-inspired, minimalist style. Picture clean lines, neutral colors, and simple, high-quality ingredients.

We’re using Poppi prebiotic sodas as our base—because who says a festive drink can’t be good for your gut too? Here are two recipes that are as beautiful to look at as they are to sip.

1. The Sunset Ginger Glow (Orange Poppi)

This mocktail is all about warmth and simplicity. It’s the liquid version of a cosy beige throw.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Orange Poppi
  • 1 oz Ginger Syrup
  • Fresh orange slices (for muddling and garnish)
  • A sprig of fresh mint
  • Ice

Method:

  1. In a clean, minimalist glass, muddle one orange slice with the ginger syrup.
  2. Fill the glass with large ice cubes.
  3. Top with the Orange Poppi.
  4. Garnish with a fresh orange wheel and a single mint leaf for that pop of green.

2. The Emerald Lime Refresher (Lemon Lime Poppi)

For those who love a crisp, zesty finish, this one is for you. We’re using the iconic dark green Lemon Lime Poppi can to keep things vibrant yet sophisticated.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Lemon Lime Poppi (the dark green one!)
  • 1 oz Ginger & Lime Syrup
  • Fresh lime wedges and lemon curls
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Fill your glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Pour in the ginger and lime syrup.
  3. Top with the chilled Lemon Lime Poppi.
  4. Garnish with a delicate lemon zest curl and a lime wedge to highlight those Nordic citrus vibes.
