This Halloween, Merchant Square is gearing up for an enchanting celebration filled with thrilling activities!

The annual Halloween display will return, featuring over 300 pumpkins glistening under the night sky. The display will be fully illuminated on Halloween night, Thursday, 31st October, promising an unforgettable sight this spooky season. Are you ready to test your carving skills? They have hundreds of pumpkins arriving at Merchant Square, waiting to be transformed by YOU, our community! Join their exciting pumpkin carving competition, which will take place in the days leading up to Halloween and will be hosted by our local favorite, Lockhouse. With fantastic prizes on offer, you won’t want to miss this chance to showcase your creativity.

To add to the fun, we’ve introduced face painting to enhance your pumpkin carving experience!And that’s not all get ready for a free outdoor cinema afternoon on our Big Screen.
